An expert on royalty highlights the “ruthless discipline” of the Princess of Wales through her rigorous fitness routine, shedding light on her unwavering determination in various aspects of her life, reported Express.
Renowned royal author and historian, Dr. Tessa Dunlop, commends Kate Middleton for her resolute attitude, which extends to her exercise regimen. In her 2022 book, “Elizabeth & Philip,” Dr. Dunlop underscores Kate’s multifaceted qualities, emphasizing that she is more than just her appearance. Nonetheless, curiosity abounds regarding the Duchess of Cambridge’s method to maintain her impeccable physique.
A study by exercise and nutrition specialists at Barbend delved into monthly Google searches for the dietary habits of key members of the royal family, revealing that the Princess of Wales garnered the most attention.
Dr. Dunlop shared insights into Kate’s early morning exercise habits, dubbing her a “gym bunny.” This detail serves as yet another illustration of the princess’s determination and unwavering self-discipline.
During an episode of the To Di For Daily podcast, Dr. Dunlop stated, “I heard from my agent, one of the slightly more impressive high-earning clients of my agent, who knew that Kate is like a ruthless gym bunny in the mornings. I’m like yeah that’s more of her ruthless discipline, up early, she’s got the most watched waistline in the world. Wouldn’t you invest a couple of extra hours in it?”
“You don’t have a waistline like that after three children without a bit of work,” she had earlier said.
Note just Dunlop, a palace insider had earlier revealed that Kate is an avid enthusiast of Crossfit, a comprehensive exercise regimen that merges cardiovascular workouts, strength training, and gymnastics within intense sessions.
In addition to her passion for Crossfit, Kate also embraces yoga and dedicates time to jogging. Reports suggest that her fitness routine, likely encompassing weight training, involves guidance from a personal trainer.
Beyond her fitness endeavors, as the Patron of the All England Lawn Tennis Clubs, Kate is an enthusiastic tennis aficionado, attending Wimbledon three times annually.
Earlier this year, she even played a match against the internationally acclaimed tennis legend Roger Federer. Additionally, Kate and Prince William invested a significant amount in refurbishing their tennis court at their Norfolk residence, Anmer Hall.
