MYSURU: A one and half year old tiger died after being hit by a speeding car near Mandakalli village in the city outskirts on late Sunday late night.
The incident happened near the Mysuru airport in Mandakalli on Mysuru-Nanjangud national highway.
According to the Forest department sources, the tiger sustained serious head injuries after being hit by the car.The car has been seized by the forest department officials for further investigation.
