XAT Cutoff 2024 out for BM, HRM programmes, check details here



XLRI Jamshedpur has announced the XAT 2024 cutoff scores for the PGDM Business Management and PGDM Human Resource Management courses. If you’re interested in getting admission to the BM and HRM programs, you can find the cutoff details here or visit the official website at xlri.ac.in.
As per a recent update, the Jamshedpur campus, the final number of seats for PGDM BM has gone up from 180 to 240 candidates.Similarly, at the Delhi NCR campus, the seat count for PGDM BM has increased from 120 to 180 candidates.

BM, HRM Programme
The two-year, full-time Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management (BM) and Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) aims to equip students for professional roles in various industries and services. These programs are crafted to:

  • Enhance analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Create awareness of the socioeconomic environment.
  • Develop a personality with socially desirable values and attitudes.

BM Program
The BM Program helps students develop a well-rounded understanding of management functions and essential managerial skills. It also allows them to specialize in specific areas like Economics, Finance, Information Systems, Marketing, Production, Operations & Decision Sciences, and Strategic Management.
HRM Program
The HRM Program helps students grasp concepts, techniques, and practices related to managing human resources. It also exposes them to various management areas to improve overall effectiveness. Unlike the BM Program, the HRM program is specialized, and there are no specific areas of concentration.
