Electric vehicle manufacturer BGauss has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of its latest EV, the BGauss RUV 350. Dubbed as ‘Rider Utility Vehicle’, the e-scooter is available in three variants: RUV 350i, RUV 350 EX, and RUV 350 Max. The mid-range RUV 350 EX is priced at Rs 1.25 lakh, while the top-spec RUV 350 Max costs Rs 1.35 lakh. The base model, RUV 350i, starts at Rs 1.10 lakh.All prices are ex-showroom. Deliveries of the BGauss RUV 350 are set to begin in July, available through BGauss’s network of 120 dealerships across India.
The RUV 350 features a 3.5kW electric motor, delivering a peak torque of 165 Nm and a top speed of 75 kmph. The scooter is powered by a 3 kWh lithium LFP battery. BGauss claims the RUV 350 offers a range of up to 120 km on a single charge for the top-spec trim while the RUV 350 EXi and RUV 350 EX come with ranges of up to 90 km.

The RUV 350 boasts a micro-alloy tubular frame and the suspension duties are carried by a telescopic fork and twin shock absorbers at the rear. Stopping power comes from drum brakes on both ends. The scooter rides on 16-inch wheels with tubeless tyres.
The RUV 350 EX and Max variants come with advanced features such as a 5-inch smart TFT display, cruise control, hill-hold assist, fall detection system, turn-by-turn navigation, and call notifications.
